Once-off Installation fee: Starting from $135 inc. GST*
Monthly rental/monitoring fee: Starting from $32.29 inc. GST per month (Just over $1 per day!)*
Department of Veteran Affairs (DVA) will subsidise VitalCall to Gold Card holders. If the Veteran has a clinically assessed need, they could be eligible to receive VitalCall free of charge to remain safe and independent in their own home.
Important note:
To qualify for the prices above, customers need a referral from a HealthCare Professional. Talk to your doctor, nurse, occupational therapist or other healthcare professionals to get a referral.
Full retail price of $238 inc. GST for once-off installation and $46.57 inc. GST per month for monitoring apply to customers without a healthcare referral.
