North Burnett Regional Council is undertaking an Aged Care Audit to better understand the current situation of aged care provisioning in the North Burnett and to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement for the benefit of the community. The results will guide Council in their future efforts to ensure effective service provisioning.

To assist Council, residents are invited to participate in the Aged Care Audit survey either online or via hard copy, which will help in the necessary data collection. No personal information of any kind is collected.  The survey will help Council to better understand community needs.

The 'Public Aged Care Survey' is part of Council's 2016 Aged Care Audit.  The survey can be taken online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/L55JBPW or can be collected from your local Council Customer Service Centre.

The survey closes on Thursday, 18th August 2016.

It is anticipated that results from the survey will allow council to better understand community needs and explore future options for the provision of aged care in the region.
